I’m not sure how, but a reader (who insists on remaining anonymous) found another working access code for the Wildfire intranet:

CANYON EAGLE

Looks like an internal Wildfire personnel file for Dr. Angela Noyce. Not sure what it tells us that we didn’t know before, or why that particular phrase was the access code for her file… It’s interesting, though, that she studied under Dr. Stone when she was a graduate student at Stanford. I guess that’s how he knew her well enough to suggest her for inclusion on the Wildfire team?

Her file also mentions something called “OMH calculations.”

Any ideas what that might refer to?

  1. hey I noticed something when reading the transcript. It says noyce had previous affiliations with someone named “Barton”. You should probably look into who this Barton fellow is.

  2. Hey, I’ve actually heard of the OMH calculations. It was a while ago at a party I was at with some of the professors from my former university. The way I remembered it, it stood for One Man Hypothesis. It was a theory that in the point of a crisis, the best person to make a decision about thermo-nuclear destruction was a single male scientist. This would go along with the relationship status that is mentioned around the OMH section of the profile. Also, this would go along with Stone’s recommendation that wildfire be sent far from towns so that in the event of exposure, a nuclear explosion would prevent further contamination. Maybe OMH fits in that Noyce should be the one to make that decision if needed……Freaky

  3. Well,an OHM is the electric resistance between two points of a conductor when a constant potential difference of 1 volt, applied to these points, produces in the conductor a current of 1 ampere, the conductor not being the seat of any electromotive force. So maybe their talking about some sort of electrical devise.

  4. After some more looking and thinking long and hard about all the pieces here, I think the mental health angle is probably the best one. If this particular biotoxin/virus causes dementia in its victims, the people trying to beat it are probably going to have to have mental health assistance. Not to mention the stress and strain which is probably taking a heavy toll on those trying to beat whatever it is.

Do we have any evidence that this thing causes dementia or psychosis in its victims? I think we’ve seen evidence that it can cause suicidal thoughts/actions (although to be fair the “General” may have done what he did simply due to fear and despair while thinking he was the only survivor), but has anyone seen any of these docs who specialize in biotoxins/viruses or whatever that deliberately cause mental symptoms? I know with high fevers people do get hallucinations, etc., so that’s a possibility with this, as well. Didn’t the information on your uncle say he had a very high fever?

I wonder if there’s a program for scrambling/unscrambling names that would make it easier to find some plausible codes for more information. Anybody?

  5. OHM may just mean the unit of resistance calcualtions done on a non-identified material with an electrical current.

  6. I found the mention of “OMH Calculations” on a website dealing with particulate counts and the collection of pollution rates. Could the OMH Calculations be related to the amount of viral load in the air around Piedmont or something of that nature?

Any ideas anyone? It would make sense that they’re trying to count how much of the virus is in the air and if it’s drifting/traveling if a virus/biotoxin was airborne. Of course I could be way off base here, too.

  7. well i know OMH stands for Office of Mental Health but it could stand for other things

  8. ANGELA NOYCE. rearrange the letters of her name and you get CANYON EAGLE. maybe we should try some more names:
    ANDREW TOBLER
    JEREMY STONE
    LANCE STONE

  9. If you take the letters from her na,e Angela Noyce and mix them up you get Canyon Eagle. I dont know if that is signifficant but Im sure it helps. If you can think of any other names that may be associated with this operation, maybe you can unlock other names… and other files!

  10. While I have no background with OMH calculations (I actually have no idea what the calculations are at all), I just have a general observation. It is listed following after relationships (none that were found significant) so perhaps it has something to do with the condition of her mental health? I mean, if she is working in an environment where there might be a lot of damage done, it would probably be best if she remained objective; if she does have significant relationships, it might make her more inclined to make decisions that are not based on reasoning.
Hope that helps and best wishes with your information search,
    obs.
