3. When you click above the blue line on the voiceclip a white flash goes and it clearly says wheezers final. What does that mean?

4. If Wheezer is talking about discussions of “Wildfire Protocol” with the president, you’ve stumbled on to something way big and bad my friend. The ONLY time I’ve ever heard that comment or something like it mentioned were in discussions of “end of the world” type situations involving worldwide pandemic type diseases. I heard a teacher say something about such a thing in connection with avian flu one time.

   In my understanding when communicable disease experts talk about ‘wildfire’ situations, they’re NOT talking about forest fires. They’re talking HIGHLY communicable disease. As in, if it’s around and you’re not either immune, innoculated or VERY well protected, you WILL get it. And God help us if something like THAT is going on in Piedmont. Because even if whatever it is isn’t airborne, I can almost guarantee SOMEONE got out and if even one person got out, whatever it is will have gotten out, as well.

   This is REALLY scary. I think I’m going to start making some provision for possible problems. And I’m going to start watching my own town very closely as well.

   I suggest you all start doing the same.

5. Took a look at it under Audacity and it looks like whatever he wanted you to hear is mixed in will with the noise he added. I’ve tried cutting out just the pulsing but so far no luck, cant get a good sample without removing the speech underneath. Hopefully someone with professional grade programs might be able to get a better sample

6. ran this a few ways through Audacity (good freeware), then backwards.
   we’re dealing with Wildfire Protocol, which Stone detailed in his paper to the president:
   reserved for unidentified threats.
   specialists.
   underground.
   remote.
   safeguarded by a contained nuclear device.
   the threat has been codenamed andromeda.
   we need to find and then access “wildfire internet”
   that was his final clue.
   let’s hope wheezer escaped, and if not, may his sacrifice not have been in vain.

Stone’s team has been assembled to adress a threat code named amdromeda. 12. The second part of the file that sounds like just a bunch of noise with wheezer’s voice was encoded backwards. If you take the last part of the file and play it backwards, you will hear wheezer talking about some discussion Dr. Stone had with the president (I think) about something called the “Wildfire Protocol”. I’m not sure what it means but I’m gonna try to keep working on cleaning up the file and see what else I can come up with.

15. Andrew, I haven’t been able to figure out exactly what it is yet, but I do have some progress. I haven’t worked much with sound editors before, but this one doesn’t seem to be in layers, so it is harder. What I have discovered so far is that the second half with all the noise is recorded backwards. If you play it in reverse, the first thing Wheezer says is something about President Scott. I will write back if I can get any more progress, but maybe this will help someone else figure it out too.

16. Has anyone else noticed a white bar flash above the timer bar on the recording? It happens exatly 11 second apart. It’s never the same 11 seconds, but it’s always 11 seconds. None of the other recordings on this website do this. You can also get the white bar to show up by clicking on the space where it shows up. Is this a simple glitch, or is there something to this?

17. I’ve got some basic audio software but I don’t really know how to use it. I’m trying to strip away the foreground noise, with little success, but I’ve got to the point where I’ve realised that Wheezer’s voice below the noise is reversed. ANYONE TRYING TO CRACK THIS, PAY ATTENTION: You need to reverse the audio as well as stripping away the foreground noise. The first thing he says is clearly ‘President Scott’, but that’s all I can make out so far.

18. I can hear Wheezer’s voice distortion under the noise but I can’t get enough of the noise off to be able to understand what he’s saying. Still working on it.
