I can’t believe it. Finally, for the first time since this whole thing started, some good news: Wheezer just sent me another document he was able to intercept… and not only is this one related to Piedmont, it’s related to me!

Well, sort of related, anyway. If the notes in this document are genuine, it means that at least one member of my family is still alive! Wheezer says that he’s been digging for everything he can find related to Piedmont and Mancheck, and when he came across the surname “Tobler,” he figured I’d want to see it.

Take a look:

Kyle Matthew Tobler is my uncle, on my father’s side. The age listed is accurate. And if this document is right, he’s still alive, and has been taken somewhere else for “treatment.” It doesn’t indicate where he is, but as long as he’s still alive, it’s only a matter of time until he’s able to call me.

I want to talk to him so badly. He must know what happened to Sam and my parents, and to everyone else. I want him to tell me that things aren’t as bad as they seem. Most of all, I just need to talk to someone from home.

Comments on “Alive!”

  1. dude thats great news, but for the biohazard logo it seem like your uncle are sick or infected with something i hope not but why he is on treatment? well this thing are getting more rare with the time!!

  2. I am glad that you have finally received some good news but how long lived it will be is hard for anybody to say. Do you really believe the military is going to let him contact anybody at this point?
I wouldn’t be holding my breath on hearing from your uncle. If the military has him and they are going to keep him for “TREATMENT”, what does that really mean? What if he was exposed to something that the military wants to use as a weapon? The military might want to use him to create an antiserum, if possible. They might want to also conduct other experiments on him to see why he is alive while others have passed away. I hope I am wrong and you do hear from your uncle right away. Just be careful that the military isn’t setting some sort of trap for “YOU” since you have uncovered something and are shareing it with others.

  3. Got to tell yo that is good news. But not to be the bearer of bad news. Don’t get your hopes up ok. Thats quite possibly the worst thing you can do. If your uncle is alive it is only a matter of time before the military get him if that has not happened already. And when they get him there is no way that the military is going to let him call you. If this thing is a military cover up which I personally believe it is, the military is not going to let your uncle just call you. The best thing you can do is hope everything is ok, because when you start comi ng to conclusions, well that is when you are going to lose it.
And also I agree with suprisedlinux. Who the hell is this Wheezer guy, and where the hell is he getting his information from. I mean like linux said it very well could be a military coverup also. They might be just trying to keep us busy while bigger things are going on in piedmont that we don’t know about. And if he is real well then he is one good spy.

  5. Are you just doing this as a project for your class, just wondering dude.

  6. looks like he’s either crouched over or crawling, and the vehicle shown in the thermal scan has been parked and turned off for some time because its showing no trace of heat signatures

  7. if you guys are wondering, thats the symbol for BioHazard, I’ve seen it plenty of times knowing where I worked before. even though only part of the symbol is showing in the picture, thats what it is, and that suggests something biological going on

  8. This whole thing is crazy! Just found the link today, I don’t know whether or not to be skeptical or concerned. This is some pretty crazy evidence you’ve gathered. I just dont get why or how this wheezer guy is helping you with all this info. And it’s odd nobody has heard of this town b4 as far as finding it on the map goes. I doubt it has anything to do with ufo’s. Thats just the first conclusion people come with when they see things falling from the sky. It’s obviously a government cover up. It’s got to be some kind of biological chemical. that was released for either testing or by accident. What other conclusion are you left with? What I don’t get is why the old general cut off his head looking deliberately at the camera. Not only that, He made it a point to go into the liqueur store to kill himself. wtf happened to make a person do a thing like that? And whats wrong with a gun? or cutting your throat? It’s quicker and less painful. Why would one want to take their own head off? Don’t mean to sound vulgar, but it’s the details that usually explain things. Good luck to you, but i have to do my own research to decide weather i can believe in such a far fetched story… and what programming language was the coding wheezer used anyways?

  9. Andrew,
I do not want to scare you. I really do not. However let me relate to you some things that scare me. I must come clean first. I work for the government. I’ll leave it up to you to figure out where, but I suspect some of your posters may or may not have figured it out. However, like you I am in the dark about much of what is going on, and find myself worried that I may be going too far. However, here is some things I can offer you.

Looking at that image, it tells me a few things. For one, the truck in the image is cold. Meaning that it is not running, nor has it been in the past eight hours or so. Second, the image of your uncle shows him having a bright red in his trunk area. That’s a thermal scan, so that means he’s running a fever. Likely a pretty good one, somewhere around 101, maybe as high as 103.

There’s a couple of agents that could cause this, however the one that seems to fit everything you’ve shown us is Cyanogen chloride. Also known as CK. Onset is usually rapid. Effects on inhalation of lethal amounts may be observed within 15 seconds with death occuring in less than 10 minutes. Symptoms of CK are rhinorrhea, hyperpnea followed by apnea, anxiety and/or confusion, and lastly convulsions and cardiac arrest. Masks, including self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) masks, alone do not provide adequate protection against this agent for extended periods. CK actually reacts with the filters in the masks, passing through them to affect the victim.

There are a small number of people who have survived CK attacks. The main thing is that the volume of the attack should be low. If it’s a minor exposure, then the person has a chance to survive, though they will often exhibit one or more of the symptoms.

If there is anything you wish to know, I will be in contact here regularly, or at least as often as possible. After each posting I run my computer through a lvl 7 DoD cleansing program, hopefully covering my tracks.

  10. what i don’t get about the first picture is why he looks so odd. I agree with the other people, it looks off, a little sketchy. And analyzing isn’t always a great thing. I mean they may be treating him, but maybe they want to discover what this is and if it kills one more person, then so be it… All of this just makes no sense

but I hope everything is going to go okay for you and your uncle! It’s great that someone of your family was found alive.

And one more thing… Wheezer. I feel like this person is… I don’t know there is just something about this wheezer character i can’t put my finger on… Let’s try and find out more about him… or it. But he is helping and I, along with everyone else I’m sure, is extremely grateful. Without him… I don’t know. I don’t wish to think about that.

Godspeed andrew. I hope you can keep your head on your shoulders with this good news. Don’t let it cloud your judgement.

  11. wait wait wait what was that last part

taken away from blackout for isolation analysis and treatment

whats blackout and i hate to say this but he probly won’t be calling you any time soon if the military is taking someone unto isolation there not going to let him out any time soon and the fact that treatment is last puts me on edge

ficord on May 4th, 2008 at 7:37 am
  12. HEY just found something… notice the top right hand corner..it DOES have to do with some bio hazard… interesting… what kind of bio crap can kill so many, make someone commit suicide in a horrible fashion, AND let some live?

Aryelle on May 4th, 2008 at 6:42 am
  13. As far as the infrared images go, it looks like your uncle is crawling from the lower right of the screen to the upper left in front of a parked humvee. I’m guessing crawling because of the 3 minutes 28 seconds elapsed from picture to picture. I agree with Aaron, the first image is off but could it be because he’s partially under the humvee on another object we can’t make out.
I’m reaching for an explanation on this but it could be because he was really sick at that time or he was trying to avoid meeting other people. Well, with the military, guys like the General with chainsaws and who knows what else, wouldn’t you be a little shy about meeting people under those circumstances?

Mike on May 3rd, 2008 at 8:43 pm
  14. The information that I saw indicated “severe GI distress”. How would that kill so many people so quickly? Could there be more that one thing floating around in Piedmont? I can’t imagine how something that caused GI problems could kill the people in the street from the military video and drop them in their tracks that quick or the General putting his chainsaw to use like that.
For every answer we get, it seems to bring ten questions. Hopefully, wheezer can still get us answers like he has so far. He may be our only way of figuring out anything on this.

Mike on May 3rd, 2008 at 8:21 pm
  15. That’s great news! Must be a huge relief for you.

Is he the only survivor, or were there others?

Alana on May 3rd, 2008 at 8:07 pm
  16. Fantastic. Now, only if we could figure out who Wheezer is. He seems to be too good at hacking (and evading the law) to be one person, or even to exist (he could be the government trying to throw us off). Does anyone know any details about this so-called “Wheezer?”

SurprisedLinux on May 3rd, 2008 at 8:04 pm
  17. I’m guessing the ‘GI’ in ‘Severe GI Distress’ stands for “gastro-intestinal”. Perhaps he’s afflicted with the disease, but the notes say he’s also going through ‘analysis and treatment’. I think it means that they don’t have a cure, but they’re doing the best they can to keep him alive. However, with all the secrecy the army is acting under, I find it hard to trust them at all; I hate thinking about it, but perhaps this treatment isn’t purposefully going to save him…

On the other hand, there’s something iffy about the thermal imagery that sets me off. Notice the odd positioning of Kyle from the first image (the one on the right). I can accept the other image; maybe he’d fallen over from the disease or something. But to me, it looks like something’s off-kilter.

This is fantastic news if it’s real, though. I wonder if he’d come out of some hiding place where there are other survivors holed up. Perhaps they’d sent him out to check if everything’s alright, though apparently it’s not if he’s gotten ill so soon.
