Mancheck... Biodefense? →← Little Green Men, Meteors & Satellites

Things just keep getting worse. It took a couple days, but Wheezer got back to me with the rest of the military transmission he was attempting to intercept. He said it was impossible to get a “clean lock” on the video, so this time there’s only audio. As far as I can tell, it starts right before the last video ended.

I don’t know what to make of all of the screaming at the end, but it sounds like at least one other person was (or is) alive out there. And in a weird way, despite the screaming, I find that prospect reassuring.

If there was one survivor, there could be others… and if that’s true, then my family might be fine. It’s possible that they’ve just been isolated somewhere for their own safety, which could explain why they haven’t been able to contact me.

But in some ways, this scares me even more than the video footage did. If I let myself think about this too much, I might start freaking out again. To be honest, I don’t have the strength left to be scared anymore. Now I just want some answers.

And the first thing to do is to find out who the hell “General Mancheck” is.

  1. I have to agree with Spencer K. Apparently there is some kind of plague in your hometown, but some people (how many more besides this one is unknown) who are immune. Sorry, but I don’t think your family made it.

  2. Is Wheezer absolutely SURE this sound clip is legit? It sounds almost…rehearsed. I honestly don’t know what to make of it.

I keep coming back to what the military might be doing there. Surely they wouldn’t send in troops WITHOUT protective gear if the area were that hazardous; hence my skepticism about the audio clip. What little we’ve seen to date suggests a quarantine, yes, but not one involving extreme hazards like a pandemic or such. The troops just don’t look like they’ve been equipped for that.

    I really, honestly don’t know.

  3. Lord have mercy, there were three different voices on that tape. The guy making a comment on bodies, the guy screaming “over here”, then at that point a third growling voice was heard. Then the second voice was screaming “no”. I swear it sounds as though he was attacked by the third person. Something else that I just can’t put my finger on.
    Be careful Andrew

  4. “BPQ” raises a very good point. Why didn’t the people in the van react beyond calling for this “General Mancheck”? There are some gasps, but it’s hard to tell just who is gasping (the person calling for Mancheck speaks very clearly and seems to have a clear head). If the person were being attacked or had been hideously disfigured/injured/etc, you’d expect to hear something along the lines of “Dear God,” “What the hell,” and so on. Obviously they don’t stop to help this person who’s screaming for them. The “No! No!” could indeed be panic that the jeep is leaving, or else perhaps the screamer sees something scary? Then again, you’d think they would fire on any “monsters” they see. Another audial note: We don’t hear the sounds of anyone being ripped to shreds, so that’s good I suppose.

So are the people in the jeep surprised at what they’re seeing? Are they indifferent? It would be easier to figure out if there was a visual, but without it, it seems we’re left to speculate.

  5. Andrew,
Are you sure its safe for YOU to investigate more? You’re finding out more and more… how much can there be?

  6. I’m on my way to agreeing with armybrat there. The screaming (and good GOD that was awful) sounded like it approached the vehicle, perhaps, and then there was more shouting that had to be the military men. There didn’t sound like there was violence on the line (no gunshots, no scuffling)… so…

Chemicals don’t do that, radiation would not affect that quickly. It would have to be something fast-acting and something with varying degrees of effect. If there were dead in the street but this person (this guy who was shouting) was affected but still managed to get to the military men, then the only possibility I’m coming down with this: infection.

Nothing I know of infects that quickly. And with the meteor coming down? I really hate to jump on the alien bandwagon, but this sounds more and more like something we don’t have experience with terrestrially, especially if its got the military so flummoxed.

As for this general, this General Mancheck? Men in the military who make it to the rank of general shouldn’t be that hard to track down in public record, so that’s a plus! Every little bit of information (like what department in the military he serves in) is useful! Keep at it, Andrew, we’re with you on this.

  7. I listened to this audio track over 30 times and even analyzed it with some software I have. You hear four voices altogether. You have the soldier who is reporting to whatever CP the signal is relayed to. Then you have a civilian voice calling for help. There is some movement, like one or both of the soldiers leaving the vehicle or something, then the screams are coming from the civilian, and both soldiers. Finally you get the Command Post calling for a sit rep.

My conclusion is this. There HAS to be some kind of pathogen, either airborne or on the civilian himself that is KILLING people. There is no sounds other than the voices of the men, the vehicle, and movement of the men. I mean I didnt even hear birds or insects or anything deep in the recording… Its like everything in that town is dead…

Andrew… I dont know what to tell you… I dont want to break your heart here, but this is concrete… Im sorry for your loss, but now the thing to worry about is WILL THIS SPREAD BEYOND THE TOWN? I mean those soldiers were wearing state of the art anti-biological and chemical equipment and if they fell to whatever is in that town… then we are next.

I am honestly scared outta my mind at the thought of what is going on… this may be the end.

  8. Methinks ‘General Mancheck’ is a term for checking the troops. In other words, “all men check in” ‘cuz it sounds more like one of the soldiers shouting than a townsperson.

  9. A recent death… Would that mean that whatever killed the people of Piedmont could be a sentient and conscious thing? It is truly weird, but it could be something else. I would agree with BPQ about the prospect of that they might have set-up a quarantine area around the town. That best explains why the screaming occured.

If it was an attack on the guy, then the army should have tried to assist the person. You hear no actual sounds other than the army officials, and the survivor screams. You would have expected to hear the sounds of an animal or creature.

The prospect of infection or quarantine is extremely likely, because the army officials wouldn’t want a spread of contamination. The idea of a General Mancheck being called would mean that he has some knowledge of the events behind Piedmont. My reasons for this was that he is a rather high ranking official from his class, and that he was told to be notified when they discovered a survivor. The survivor sounded distressed meaning that he was either being left, or being put into a situation that he really didn’t want. If he was in pain then the screams would have been more noticable. So, I think that you need to look up on General Mancheck… If anything, it should narrow down the possible things that befell Piedmont.

  10. The main history of the ojibwa indians has something to do with the
inclusion of the strange General Mancheck…

Do not go out alone to the army, or else many bad things may happen,
notwithstanding the “accident”… From everything I’ve heard,
unless you have truly found nothing of importance so far,
no effort should be spared into your search for your family.

  11. I heard this a very different way than armybrats interpretation
The person screaming, and the “no” screams, are from the same person
It sounds as if they turn a corner, or encounter a survivor
the survivor sees them and rushes towards them screaming for help
but the people in the jeep are either under orders not to interact
or just plain get scared and start to drive away from him
thus the man who was screaming for help starts screaming “no”
because his only chance at help, the jeep, is now driving away

  12. Given that the military has cordoned off the area and are equipped with NBC gear (as someone else noted) they are definetly trying to contain something. Given the video and audio Wheezer sent you, it is clear some kind of epidemic is taking place. I wouldn’t be surpised if the picture sent to you was a satellite or meteorite and has something to do with what is going on in Piedmont. I must be some kind of radiation or infection. It would also explain why the military is not releasing information. They probably think it would cause massive panic. Keep us posted Andrew, our prayers are with you and your family.

  13. Wow.

I have been reading since the first post and this seems very suspicious. Keep investigating, if the government is involved then something’s up definitely.
It looks like from the evidence so far that something maybe the chemical spill nearby or the object falling from the sky caused an epidemic-like catastrophe, and the government doesn’t want people to know until they figure out what’s going on themselves.

Or maybe they know what is going on which is most likely and are trying to cover it up. All these feeds that you have been receiving are excellent evidence, and I bet that sometime soon you’ll get a piece of evidence that will solve everything.

Something’s up, and we’re going to find out what it is whether the government wants us to or not.

  14. ok just a quick analysis of that,

ok so someone else is yelling for help,
then the 2 army guys are screaming noo

thats kinda suspicious, like that happened fast just like the 1st one,
but no shots were fired if you hurd that, i mean if that was the army and something happened the army would have at least poped a shot off somewhere, and espescailly when you hear that one guy breathing that alone is enough time to get at least one shot off.

ya know im not all for that aliens bull, but dude, this is not like a chemical spill or a satellite falling from the sky. those two guys probably died (god forbid) after the huge crash that we thought everyone died from. there is something else we dont know

i think we should see the video, even if you cant really make anything out, i think maby someone with a good eye could catch something

this is getting just confusing, and its great to see you trying bro, just so you know, it inspires me to see you keep pushing on
and im probably not the only one that thinks that.

  15. Genral Mancheck sounds like an indian name from ojibwa origin this might be able to help u with who he is.

    Be strong Andrew

  16. This would boost my theory up even more. Something horrible is happening there… and how do you know that it wasnt another soldier doing the screaming? If it was a chemical spill i would asume that somehow it would leak out into the public. It also doesnt explain the picture or the voicemail. Something HAD to of landed there that is not of this world….if you think about you can weed out every reasonable explanation of this… the likely hood of survivors i would presume is low. With screaming like that, no one excaping from the town, and military… the possibilities are shortening to one answere.
