Farfetched Theories... →← Utah Military?

It’s been a week and a half, and still nothing. Kristen thinks I’m starting to use this blog as an excuse to avoid dealing with how scared I am that something has happened to my family. Maybe. Probably.

Still no word from Nash, if he even got my message. But I have been getting a ton of comments, emails, suggestions and encouragement from those of you reading the blog. (It means a lot to me, too – thanks to all of you who are reading, and who have bothered to post, even if you don’t know anything.)

Also, a lot of you seem to have ideas about what might be going on. I don’t understand all of them, and – no offense – I hope they’re all wrong, but at least reading them has given me something to do. Will try to post a few of them this evening, in case the rest of you want to read them and let me know what you think.

  1. Well…This is certainly a predicament. I know that my first reaction would be to go blazing into Piedmont with my guns blazing, ready to take on the world- and I know that if I had recieved a message from my little sister like that- I’d be horrified. But you need to stop and think about this. Make a plan. Don’t just go head first into the situation.

Does your little sister have a GPS on her phone? Have you tried looking on Google Earth? If nothing is coming up, I would tell you to get a group of people together and GO. Don’t go by yourself, because if this is a government conspiracy or if it is in any other massive problem that is being hidden from the populace, the forces at hand will not hesitate to take you out. One more mind silenced will not be missed. But if you go in with a group of people you may be able to get some answers- and help your family. BUT DON’T GO ALONE.

You never know what is out there. It might be just a fluke power outage or Magnetic Resonance blowout. But it might be something disasterous. Just be careful.

We’re all rooting for you. And seriously, I know some people that live in Utah, and they are claiming “I don’t know what you’re talking about”. This is affecting many many people, you’re not alone. Just be careful who you share this with. You never know who is watching.

    Best.

  2. You should really stop thinking about what you should do and just get yourself over to your home town, driver, hitch a ride with someone, catch a plane to the nearest place there and just find out whats going on yourself. I saw the link to the website on a billboard in New York, caught my interest and thought I’d check this out. Hope your family is ok and that you figure out what you are gonna do, I’m sure you must have a car if you are living in CA. Good luck with everything.

  3. I just came across this today and everything that I read points to something not right is happening. In this day and age of mass communication, there is no reason why you shouldn’t be able to have gotten into contact with your family by now.

I still hop its all some mix up, and that the radio tower or something feel, but I really don’t know.

  4. Wheezer… if you’ve got something to send me, you know my address.
If not, please don’t mess with me.

  5. Andrew, wow Bro, this is to much to handle right now I dont even know what to say… Get to Piedmont ASAP just dont pressure it when you get there… The National Guard is nothing to mess with and if they are there in force… something big is happening

  6. With what I have been seeing and what I have read so far, if it involves the military, you can bet there is something bigger going on than what you think there is. The military doesn’t get involved unless it deals with national security. If there is one thing I know, its this: The military has a way of doing things under the “radar” so to speak. Such as testings and what not.

As far as anyone being dead, I don’t think so. that’s too much of a cover up for our government but even that could be a stretch. What I have seen from watching TV looks almost like a movie but something about it seems incredibly surreal. If the military has blocked all entrance to the town by any roadway there, something defining has happened. All the blood, all the dead animals around seem or appear to be a controlled wiping of something bigger going on. Something like a controlled burning. You know like what they do to keep wildfire’s from happening. Going back there would not be in your best interest unless you know how to get there not by normal means. But if you do go and your caught, you’ll probably have the same fate as everyone else.

I watched the news clip you had posted in one of your blogs, something about it seems off. Being a Military spouse, I can tell you that the guy’s on that tape weren’t acting in a manner that a military man does. The lack of seriousness is disturbing. There is something bigger going on here, something that the populace as a whole wouldn’t understand. If your smart, you’ll back away and for good reason. You scratch the surface and you’ll never know what your gonna find underneath those scratches.

  7. look whether its zombies or the boogeyman or just some sort of weird natural occurence the best thing you can do is gather as much intel as possible and make a plan.of course your scared who wouldnt be in your situation but this blog is your way of gaining information to try to figure out what exactly is going on.what i say to you now though is you need to start making a plan because to much longer and you wont ever know what happened.your window of opportunity grows smaller everyday.be cautious but now is the time to make a move.keep us posted.

  8. Look… we can all sit here and give you our theories on whats happening, and what we think you should do. However, the only way to find out for yourself is to go there and see what is happening. I agree it’s easy for me to sit back and say that, but this is your family. Do what it takes, so at least you can get an answer… the longer you wait possibly the worse the outcome. You have to do whats right for you and you have live with your choices. We can all sit here and debate and analyze everything to a million little pieces but there is only one certain group of people (pop. of Piedmont) who know the truth and to get it you have to become them. Good luck and let us know if there is anything any of us can do….

  9. I agree with Mike, get to your town man. Sitting around hoping for more info isn’t going to get anything accomplished. You aren’t going to feel any better sitting in CA…

  10. Hang in there man, in a few days you’ll hear something. But seriously, start planning more now man, save some cash if you haven’t already, get a pack, food, water and all that and be ready to sneak into the town so you can find out whats going on and pull your family and friends out.

  11. andrew, its not safe for me to talk in detail here. i have something you need to see. i will send it directly to you as soon as its safe. right now, you need to prepare yourself for the worst. this goes much higher than you think.

  12. here is some info I came across one day when I was doing a random online search, I believe it was a town in Pennsylvania called Centralia that was a coal mining town, one day roughly 40 years ago or so some of the coal that was still underground caught fire and caused an underground coal fire thats still burning today beneath the land there. If the town of Piedmont is another coal town, maybe something similar happened and the military wants to minimize those affected by it, just a theory. hope its nothing TOO serious man.

  13. I probably should not be sending you this. There’s not a lot I can tell you without getting in trouble with various people, but I’ll give you some info that may help.

There are only two reasons why the military would close off a city and not allow anyone in or out. In the first case, it’s a biological situation. Meaning that something highly contagious has been introduced into the area. In this situation, a perimeter is laid out at the furthest reaches of the location. For example, you would have a perimeter about one mile outside the location, with military guardsmen ordered to stop anyone. In this case it’s not likely they would shoot anyone attempting to cross the barrier, but it’s not worth taking that chance. During this time the CDC would be contacted, and likely be on scene trying to sort out what’s going on while at the same time trying to treat it as best as possible.

In the second scenario, it’s a “worst case” scenario. This one is something of a blanket event, with the most common cause being an accident of some sort. A perfect example of this is the explosion that destroyed Texas City back in the late 40s early 50s. In that case, to allow rescue workers to do their work, while also hoping to contain any damage or “dissident” forces within the city, a perimeter was established to protect everyone from danger. At the time (that close to the end of WW2) it was feared that ex nazis may have infiltrated the area and were sabotaging it in a terroristic attack. In this situation, the guards would very likely shoot anyone that gets too close. Remember they’re there protecting the city as well as trying to prevent further sabotage or attack. They don’t know whether or not anyone on the “outside” is a terrorist, a concerned family member, or a rather over zealous reporter.

Keep in mind. You yourself made a comment about “yellow cake” or for those who do not know, Uranium. A key component of atomic and nuclear bombs. I can’t give you details, but I would suggest that if you are wanting to know what really is going on, then you should look at the history of the city. Look at what it produces, where it is located, and look at what type of perimeter has been set up.

  14. I don’t quite see how people talking about how your family could be dead would help you avoid how scared you are, but for what its worth I think your family is fine. I wouldn’t count of Nash getting the message you sent him. You might want to call his office to make sure you atleast get through. Like I suggested earlier you might want to get the message your sister left analyzed. If Nash is interested in your story he might even be able to pay for it (provided he gets exclusive rights to it or something along those lines). Keep up updated as things progress.

  15. Just keep trying, you’ll eventually get some more info. maybe you can have your friend do some more snooping around.

    Best of luck,
    Michael

  16. Ok sorry Andrew, but i’m semi-agreeing with your girlfriend here. Except I think you’re using this blog as an excuse for not getting off your butt and doing something. What kind of person who loves their family isn’t active in trying to help them when they’re obviously in trouble. You got that alarming voicemail, you havent heard from them on over a week (if they were ok they would have found a way to contact you, there is no way around it), and still you’ve done nothing but share your thoughts on the internet.

Unless the “national guard” put a fence all the way around the town, they cant keep you out. If you’re scared about hazards, take a gas mask, if you’re actually scared about “zombies,” take a weapon. But be a man and go help your family.

Mike on April 23rd, 2008 at 1:51 pm
  17. Do you really want to know what I think? Because I’m not even a glass-half-empty kind of person, I’m a we-don’t-have-enough-water-for-half-a-glass kind of person.

The government is covering something up. And honestly, the only explanation I can give you for the fact that NO ONE IS ANSWERING over there is that they’re all dead. Really, that’s all I can come up with.

So logically, the entire town must have been wiped out. What did it? You got me. A nuclear test gone wrong, something deadly in the water, maybe even something in the air. I don’t know how that ties in with the strange voice mail you got, maybe it drove some people insane.

And really, if it wiped that town out, what’s stopping it from being carried to others in the area, being spread like wildfire? I know it sounds like that movie Cloverfield, but this might be bigger than your family not answering the phone for a week.

I hope I’m way off base.
